Terms of Use

All graphics, tubes and websets are copyrighted Marga's Design. All rights reserved.
The graphics are not all freeware or public domain! Some are linkware. What does that mean? It means you can use them for your private web site, but you must provide a link back to Marga's Design. This can be either a graphic or a text link. The link must be on every page where you use the graphics. That's all, there are no other fees involved. In the case you want to use them for a commercial web site you must buy them. Please contact me for further details.
When you use the graphics, please let me know, that I can see what you did with them. This is optional.
If you would like to use the graphics you must download them to your own hard drive. Don't link back to this URL. Why? Linking back to this URL would increase the traffic to the host unnecessarily which leads directly to bandwidth robbery.
When you use the tubes to create a web page, please, provide a link back to us on that respective page. This is optional, too.
You are not allowed to alter any of the graphics. This means you are not allowed to distort them, change their color, crop them or add something to them. Unless an empty button is provided. In that case you can add your own text. Of course you can arrange the graphics as you please on your homepage, and you don't have to use all of the graphics provided in a set, just the ones you need and like.
You are definitely not allowed to redistribute any of the graphics, tubes or websets etc. on any kind of media (CD ROM or any other kind of disk or tape), or offer them for download from your private or commercial web site. If you want to offer a collection of web sets on your home page created by other artists, and you want to include my graphics to that collection, ask before you do so. Chances are good that you will get the permission.
Any and all other rights not specifically mentioned here are reserved to Marga's Design.
All other graphics and images remain copyright of their respective owners.
